We are seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to provide excellent service and drive business growth as we expand across the Twin Cities.
Core Responsibilities:
Client Coaching
- Administer InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions
- Establish and maintain a high level of personalized service according to company standards
- Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products
- Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques
Sales Outreach
- Facilitate sales outreach -- calling potential clients, new client onboarding, and providing superior customer service to current customers
- Participate in community events and build partnerships to promote the BODY20 brand
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the health & fitness industry preferred, but not required
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs
- Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
