Distribution Clerk (Part-Time)

BODYARMOR is looking for a Part-Time Distribution Clerk to join our team.

This is a contract role that will support the Facilities & Employee Experience team at the corporate office in Whitestone, New York. This position is on-site. The role is responsible for receiving product shipments, sorting and organizing them in our Product Storage Room, helping package and ship packages for the team, and assisting the Facilities Team with various tasks to help satisfy the needs of the office. This role will report to the Facilities & Employee Experience Associate and will work closely with Facilities & Employee Experience Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, unload, and stock Sports Drink Product Deliveries of large quantities at least twice a week
• Move, Organize, and Rotate Sports Drink Product on a daily basis in suite refrigerators, kitchen cabinets, and in the Product Storage Room
• Assist different departments with shipping, packaging, and sending out product and other items as needed
• Maintain the organization of the product room and the inventory of all necessary shipping supplies
• Contribute to the upkeep and daily operations of the overall office by completing day to day tasks assigned by the facilities team
• Help maintain all kitchen equipment, including Coca Cola Freestyle machines, Costa Coffee machines, refrigerators, etc.
• Break down any boxes, bag up garbage, and dispose of all trash in the outside bins

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work on-site in Whitestone, Queens from Monday-Thursday, 9:30am-6pm EST (32 hours/week).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to bend and lift heavy cases of Sports Drink product – up to 30lbs each case (with potential of moving up to 200 cases upon a delivery
• Learning mindset and team player
