Responsibilities
- Greet clients
- Answer phone and respond to email and text messages
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Collect payments
- Maintain records and other clerical/administrative tasks
- Ability to multi-task and keep the office running smoothly
- Light cleaning
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school diploma
This is a Part-Time position with approximately 15-20 hours per week. We have a team of receptionists that cover the office during business hours. Actual schedule determined based on the overall reception team. Rotating weekends required. Reception hours are Monday-Friday 9:45 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:45 am to 4:00 pm.
