With business and technology transformation on the horizon, there’s never been a better time to be part of BECU. PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $104,000.00-$126,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $80,800.00 - $150,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE As the Business Support Manager – Credit Card Programs, you’ll be instrumental in driving the operational success of BECU’s credit card initiatives. Your strategic thinking, organizational expertise, and ability to foster cross-functional collaboration will directly influence how we deliver value to our members. You’ll lead programs with autonomy, support senior leadership, and implement solutions that elevate efficiency, compliance, and member satisfaction. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead Program Management: Manage moderately complex programs that have broad business impact, using your discretion and strategic insight. Create Executive Communications: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations for internal and external audiences, including town halls and board meetings. Support Vendor Strategy: Assist in building vendor strategies, including risk assessments, contracting, invoice reviews, and performance tracking. Develop Metrics: Create and maintain performance indicators and reporting processes to support business decisions. Ensure Compliance: Oversee compliance and audit reporting, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. Coordinate Planning: Partner with leadership to manage departmental budgeting and annual planning processes. Drive Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service quality and strategic planning. Consult with Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and improve current business methods. Act as Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between departments, external partners, and stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, communication or related field, or equivalent experience required. Typically requires 5 years of experience developing or executing business strategy or business plans. Typically requires 2 years of experience leading or advising small size teams. Typically requires 2 years of experience creating executive level communications. Desired Qualifications: Advanced degree preferred. Experience executing business strategy in an IT, project management, business support, or closely related environment. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI), Data Security Standard (DSS), and experience implementing a PCI program. Knowledge of BECU member-facing systems and processes (e.g., QuickAssist, Pega Gateway, InfoPoint, etc.) Knowledge of credit union policies, programs, procedures, and financial/accounting practices. Experience with process improvement and facilitation. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and project management skills. Excellent planning skills in both tactical and strategic planning. Proficient PC skills. Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and implement multiple technical and business-related projects.
