To learn more visit becu.org/careers. PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $173,600-$212,000 annually. The full Pay Range is $134,700-$250,900 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Your knack for identifying and analyzing challenges will prove invaluable to our CEO and leadership team. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Build strong partnerships across various divisions. Your influence will help guide decisions from the boardroom to individual departments, ensuring strategic alignment and promoting unity. Strategic Storyteller: Whether presenting to our board or dispersing insights throughout our cooperative, your ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights will be instrumental in guiding our strategic direction. Growth Advocate: Oversee vital analyses – financial, customer, and market-based. By understanding our competitors and our clientele, you'll help shape our long-term vision and immediate plans. Communicator Extraordinaire: Be the go-to source for updates on BECU’s enterprise strategy. Your skill in conveying plans and priorities ensures everyone, from senior leadership to new joiners, stays on the same page. Guiding Light for Partnerships: Lead the way in pinpointing and evaluating potential collaboration opportunities. Your networking efforts will keep BECU connected and informed, ensuring we're always able to seize advantageous partnerships. Guardian of Our Strategic Vision: Play a critical role in our strategic planning and budgeting processes. Your efforts ensure our initiatives remain in harmony with our overarching goals. QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, and/or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of related functional experience required. Experience in a senior level strategy and planning role or equivalent in a financial services organization or financial services consulting firm Extensive experience developing and/or facilitating the development of business strategy Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce meaningful insights Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information, connect ideas with data and present in digestible, easy to understand format Desired Skills: Excellent organization, communication, writing, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and effectively manage and meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines with minimum assistance Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent and challenge the status quo; drive transformational change, sponsor change initiatives, and enable others to innovate Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and gain consensus on solutions Extensive experience collaborating with and presenting to Board and senior executive teams Excellent leadership skills Excellent planning skills in tactical and strategic planning Experience leading and working with diverse, cross functional teams Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member while using discretion in decision making and sound judgement in problem solving EEO Statement: BECU is an equal opportunity employer.
