Primary Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention of existing business
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall success of the account management team
- Respond to emails and phone calls from clients in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
- File claims for clients and advise throughout the process
- Prepare new insurance policies for existing clients
- Manage the renewal process for auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies
- Ensure each client's insurance policies are appropriate for their needs and competitively priced
- Clearly communicate technical insurance information to clients
- Contribute to the friendly, energetic, and supportive culture of the business
