SBU develops and manufacturers engineer product sold to commercial markets globally. Report to CAO and General Manager; be groomed to be Controller.
Center stage role. Initially lead a team of four within a make-for-forecast business model. Partner with R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, sales, marketing and IT. Key responsibilities and opportunities to contribute are:
- General Accounting & Financial Reporting (e.g., month end, flash, P/L by key customer & product group)
- Partnering on upgrade to SAP4
- Annual budget
- Forecasting (e.g., expense, revenues, cash)
- Business Analytics (e.g., inventory, labor, margins)
- Partner on financial decision-making and operational efficiency
- Accounting compliance and treatments
REQUIREMENTS: BS required. CPA or MBA a plus. Seek 6 years of business experience with current role as Senior Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, or Assistant Controller in a manufacturing setting. REWARD: $110,000 to $140,000 DOE plus bonus, superior benefits, and upside.
