Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and managing field crew. The Land Surveyor will work closely with professional land surveyor to provide accurate measurements and data for projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, Total Stations, and levels.
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant features.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data is provided for design and construction purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of surveys performed and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Carlson and Topcon equipment and GPS technology for field surveys.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
