Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Highly Skilled Welder at Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA) in Lyman, SC. As a Highly Skilled Welder, you will be responsible for performing various types of welding techniques such as Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding. Your role will include working with different materials to ensure the quality and integrity of boiler components and parts.
Qualifications
- Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding skills
- Experience working with various materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Certifications in welding or related field are desirable
- Previous experience in the boiler industry is a plus
