Overview
The Street Team is a dynamic group dedicated to promoting the Bolder Brand in the community. Team members engage with potential customers at various events, encouraging them to visit the park and participate in activities. Responsibilities include setting up event displays, interacting with guests, and distributing promotional materials.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the Street Team, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. Transportation:
Must have reliable personal transportation.
Ability to load and transport event items in your own vehicle.
Ability to set up the Bolder event booth independently or with the help of one other team member.
2. Availability:
Must be available to work at least two weekends per month.
No callouts are allowed without appropriate pre-approved coverage.
Failure to show up for an event or to find a replacement may result in suspension from the Street Team or potential termination from Bolder Adventure Park.
3. Punctuality:
Must arrive on time for assigned setup and event start times.
Ensure that the booth is set up by the venue's designated setup time and abide by all venue policies.
4. Engagement Skills:
Ability to walk around the event venue and actively engage with potential customers.
Comfortable initiating conversations and promoting the Bolder Brand.
5. Event Preparation:
Ensure that you are aware of the Street Team Calendar and understand the specifics of the event you are assigned 48 hours prior to your scheduled shift.
Uniform Requirements
All Street Team members are required to wear the following uniform during events:
- Shirt: Assigned Bolder Adventure Park Bright Green Street Team Polo. Black compression long sleeves may be worn the uniform shirt on cold days.
- Bottoms: Black pants or shorts. Hiking, Dickies type work pants/shorts or fitted black leggings. No Sweatpants. No Denim. No sagging.
- Footwear: Comfortable tennis shoes or sneakers. (Closed toed/closed heeled). Socks -black or white crew or shorter socks if wearing shorts.
- Attitude: A positive demeanor and a smile!
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down the event table/tent in a timely manner.
- Encourage guests to spin the prize wheel and distribute promotional items (passes, Bolder Bucks, flyers).
- Provide information about the park and upcoming events to guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the values of the Bolder Brand.
Conduct Expectations
- Team members are expected to represent the Bolder Brand positively at all times.
- Respectful and friendly interaction with guests is mandatory.
- Follow all event guidelines and instructions
