Title: Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Levels III-IV)

Location: West Jordan, Utah

Shift: First Shift

Compensation:

• Tech 3: ~$37.08/hr
• Tech 4: ~$39.14/hr
• 2% annual bonus eligibility, shift differential for nights, and full benefits

About the Role

We’re seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a high-speed food manufacturing facility. Ideal candidates bring strong electrical troubleshooting and solid mechanical experience, with the ability to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment (mechanical & electrical)
• Use a multimeter to diagnose low- and high-voltage issues, read schematics, and safely work in panels
• Perform and support preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Work with gearboxes, bearings, shafts, conveyors, and other mechanical components
• Support line changeovers, basic fabrication, and equipment adjustments
• Partner with supervisors and superintendents to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture

Must-Have Qualifications (Tech III)

• 5 years of experience in industrial/plant maintenance, automotive, aerospace, or similar fields
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter and schematics
• Willingness to work shifts and some overtime in a 24/7 operation

Additional for Tech IV

• Strong controls experience: ability to log into and troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs
• Deeper experience with automated equipment and complex systems

Nice to Have

• Food manufacturing experience
• Fabrication/welding experience
