Accounting Clerk
Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for an Accounting Clerk Accounting Department. This position performs accounting and clerical functions to support the Accounting Department.
Education/Licensure:
High School Diploma or GED required. Continuing education in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of one years’ experience as an accounting clerk/assistant or bookkeeper performing data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, general ledger, computer operations and applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
Skills & Abilities:
Good skills and demonstrated abilities in computer operations, math, data entry, operating calculator, organization, analysis, initiative, working independently, attention-to-detail, interpersonal relations, oral/written communications, coordination/ cooperation, follow-through, use of basic language and math, ability to follow oral and written instructions, recording of information/oral and written, planning, problem solving, decision making and such others that are usually and customarily considered necessary for satisfactory completion of essential duties.
