Bollinger Shipyards is seeking an experienced Maintenance Building Technician to join its team.
A Maintenance Building Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties.
Qualified individual should have 2 years of general construction experience in addition to having HVAC and electrical craft experience. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: performing general maintenance/repairs to building, grounds, equipment and other physically demanding tasks typically required (i.e. carpentry, plumbing, electrical and clean-up duties); and carrying out established preventive maintenance programs. Individual must have knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods in addition to ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks. Also, must have a valid drivers’ license with the ability to drive company vehicles.
Salary : $37,800 - $47,900
