What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at Bollinger Shipyards?
Qualified individual should have at least 5 years of warehousing experience including planning and organizing the storage, distribution, tracking and inventorying of materials, equipment and supplies within an industrial setting. Also, must be knowledgeable in the material and tools used within construction, preferably shipbuilding. Basic knowledge of computers and standard software (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook), good communication skills , ability to supervise warehouse personnel, and the ability to collaborate and interact with production personnel are required. Also, must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety, and environmental elements of the job. Previous experience in a supervisory role, working on government contracts and using Oracle or other material management systems are preferred.
Salary : $54,000 - $68,400
