In this role, you’ll handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, account reconciliations, and lead the daily management of the small accounting team. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance standards, prepare and oversee journal entries, and strengthen internal controls. You’ll also allocate and calculate direct and projected costs across their programs and grants in collaboration with leadership.
Streamlining processes and reducing risks are also a key part of this role, as is collaborating with senior management to align financial strategies with the company’s goals.
