- Develop and propose project framework and organizational structures to improve team efficiency
- Responsible for monthly masterplan reviews
- Collaborate in the development key projects planning and execution
- Lead strategic initiatives
- Maintain governance calendar, solicit input and prepare presentation material for senior leadership reviews
- Manage site quality purchase requistions
- Develop and manage electroinic platform initiatives such as a quality dashboard, master plans and actions tracking, PowerBI reports, etc.
- You have at least (5) years of experience in the aviation industry or in a highly regulated field
- You hold a degree in the field of engineering, management or any other relevant field or experience.
- You can work under pressure and manage several priorities at once.
- You have experience in project co-ordination, management and administration and are knowledgeable in project management tools and techniques
- You are knowledgeable in the use of software programs amd IT tools and database structures (Power BI, Sharepoint, etc.).
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are highly organized and have keen attention to detail
- You have strong oral and written communication skills
- You have Excellent interpersonal skills
- You can coordinate and present reviews to management
- You are proficient in MS Office suite (O365 environment)
- You are a good team player and highly reliable
- You have a clear drive for results
