- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics

Key Responsibilities
Create, curate, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Film, edit, and post behind-the-scenes footage, service highlights, and client transformations
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with promotions and service launches
- Write compelling captions and engage with followers through comments and DMs
- Collaborate with our aesthetic team to promote featured services and offers
- Monitor analytics and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach
- Stay up to date with trends in beauty, skincare, and social media platforms
Requirements
Prior experience managing social media for a brand or business (beauty/aesthetics preferred)
- Proficient in Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok editing tools, and basic photo/video editing
- Strong writing skills and understanding of brand voice and tone
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a spa setting
- Must be comfortable filming and directing content around real-time services
- Schedule post using IG, Tiktok, Facebook

Posting before and afters

Create reels, and lives on social media
