Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse needed

All shifts available- 8 or 12 hours shifts

Responsibilities
- Managing the individualized resident care by promoting and monitoring residents' health through the nursing process.
- Utilizes clinical resources in implementing patient care and provides rationale for patient care decisions.
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve all residents' problems and needs
- Providing physical and psychological support to patients and their family members
- Monitoring residents' conditions and administering medication & treatments
- Supervising assigned team members.
- Completes frequent observations and the Intake/Outtake record according to established protocols.
- Performs related duties, as required.
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NY
- Past experience working in a Long Term Care Nursing Facility
- Knowledge of EMR systems
- BCLS, ACLS or PALS, required.
- Excellent communication skills
