What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Administrator position at Bonded Filter Company?
This position will work with functional owners in our manufacturing, field services, sales, accounting, supply chain, and warehousing areas to design and implement efficient and sound business processes. The System Analyst role performs the duty of business relationship manager, liaison to functional users, gathers business requirements, performs analysis of the requirements, defines and develops solutions, and ensures data is available and accurate for reporting.
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties will be assigned.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze system requirements, identify solutions, and support system implementation and maintenance.
- Serve as the liaison for the functional areas between the IT Data team and the business.
- The person will also need to exhibit a high level of skill in data aggregation and analysis.
- Lead large cross-functional projects and solution design within various functional areas utilizing broader knowledge of the business to track and manage business requirements.
- Lead the process for identifying and gathering appropriate business requirements to create the necessary solution that satisfy the business need including facilitation of requirements gathering within multiple business functional areas to develop a comprehensive business requirements document(s).
- This position requires strong MS SQL, MySQL and Stored Procedure skills.
- Lead the development of functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.
- Lead the cross functional test plan creation and partner with business unit subject matter experts (SME) to develop test scripts.
- Define and create project related policies and procedures and end user training documentation.
- Provide ongoing day-to-day support for the data team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Systems/Integration/UAT Testing - including planning, execution, resolution, reporting.
- Process/Workflow Engineering/Analysis - including workflow diagramming, use case documentation, policy/procedure analysis.
- SSIS /SSRS knowledge and experience.
- Requirements Elicitation/Documentation/Analyst.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Business/System Analysis, Digital Technology, or in a related area.
- Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in business analytics and system design analysis.
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Customer Service skills.
- Experience working independently and taking initiative.
- MS Office/365 Experience.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
- VB Net programming.
- API configuration and data integration.
- Systems Analyst experience in a Field Service organization.
- Ability to create Power BI reports.
