A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER OPERATOR
Working in our call center will give you the opportunity to do various tasks. It's really a mix of customer service, answering incoming calls and routing to appropriate staff, processing incoming mail, and miscellaneous office tasks all rolled into one awesome job.
Don't fear the unknown, our training is excellent, and we will get you up to speed in no time. Primarily, you'll be engaging with and talking to patients over the phone.
You can expect to answer their questions and transfer their call. You will receive, review, and distribute mail in addition to other office related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CALL CENTER OPERATOR
High school diploma or equivalent
Patience and ability to work with people at all levels, internal and external
Compassion for Patients
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
WORK SCHEDULE - Part-time
Call Center hours will be 11 : 30-5 : 00 Monday- Thursday and Friday's 7 : 00-5 : 00 and will vary depending on business needs
