Position Summary:
Bongards is looking for a energetic, motivated and dedicated individual to join us on the "A" shift on the slice line at our Norwood Facility.
Job Duties
- Must be able to learn and perform safely specific assigned position.
- Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
- Will perform sanitation duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
- Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, and other quality guidelines.
- Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 45 pounds
- Must be able to lift and carry frequently 40 pounds.
- Two and a half weeks of paid time off earned over the course of your first year.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance that starts on the next First of the Month following your start date.
