What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Development Manager position at Bonus Search Consultants?
The Product Development Manager is a strategic thinker, understands raw materials, delivers product innovations and can
create value internally and in the marketplace on a fast pace mission-driven business. Responsible for designing, defining, and
delivering new processes, technologies and product innovations to drive growth defined by the General Manager. This individual
will be responsible in evaluating and developing new products, processes as well as project management and improvement of
existing products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides leadership and execution direction for current products, development of new processes, technologies and
products to improve our business and support strategic initiatives defined jointly with the Director of Sales and General
Manager. Manages own projects and leads strategic projects.
Creates and maintains product specifications, best material sourcing, processes and testing procedures for existing and
all new product development.
Drive and lead new product development, identify opportunities for growth and support increased sales velocity.
Collaborates with the Director of Sales and General Manager to align market, customer, and product plans to drive
strategic growth and financial goals.
Analyzes data, issues reports, draws conclusions and makes process, product and/or equipment recommendations
based on lab and field trial results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of hands on flexible packaging industry experience within film structures and laminations. Knowledge of
flexographic Printing is highly desirable and experience with packaging equipment is very valuable.
Understanding how to lead technical improvements and prioritization of projects and resources.
Experience with Statistical Analysis such as DOEs, including proficiency with Statistical software.
Base salary and bonus program commensurate with experience and business expertise.

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
