Great full or part time opportunity for a self-motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) sales person.
Previous experience in cellphone store preferred but not required. Tech savvy is a must!.
Schedule:

- Store Hours are M- Sun. 10:00 AM - 7 PM

Sales Associate Requirements :
- Enthusiastic and energetic.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED.
- Must be at least 18 y.o.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Technology literate. Using POS, website knowledge, Excel, Word, account creations.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
*Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Sell the latest electronics, Android and iPhones.
- Payment taking for Boost Mobile customers.
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing register.
- Achieving monthly sales goals.
- Taking customer's monthly payments. Assist in phone purchases.
- Showing phone options for those looking to upgrade, sign up customers.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increasing in store sales.
- Superior product knowledge; assisting customers with their phones,
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor, ensuring store is clean and presentable.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
