What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner/Busser position at Boot Ranch?
Assist serverin facilitating food serviceby performing the following duties:
· Set up side station and performs assigned side work
· Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating
· Distribute menus, fills glasses with ice water, and bring bread and butter to table when Members and guests are seated
· Removes soiled dishes
· Reset tables when Members and guests leave
· Keeps tables, dining room, and bus station areas clean
· Advises Manager immediately of any complaint
· Ensure candles are on tables for evening shifts
· Inform the Dining Room Supervisor of table linens and other dining room supplies needing to be requisitioned, i.e. candles, tea lights, olive oil, menus, table linens, etc.
· Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager
· Polishes silverware and glassware and prepare roll-ups for the next shift
· Attends pre-meal meetings as requested by the Manager
· Required to be in proper and complete uniform as designated and be at scheduled station at scheduled time
· Perform other duties as assigned
Rate starts at $10.00 per hour plus a share of the tip pool
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
