We're hiring a Full Time Consumer Loan Support Specialist to work at the Roseau, Minnesota Border Bank!
Consumer Loan Support Specialists provide a high level of customer service. Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner, and direct them to the proper department. Will provide administrative support to the lending department and assists customers with loan questions, payments and payoffs.
Consumer Loan Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing and scanning/imaging insurance policies and collateral perfection items in a timely manner, maintaining a loan tickler system and periodic audits on files for missing documentation.
- Monitor and track flood insurance.
- Answer customer questions that arise during the loan process and on an on-going basis thereafter.
- Credit and collateral documents; accountable for tracking exception items.
- Perform image check-back on real estate loans within the required 72-hour timeframe.
Consumer Loan Support Specialist Education and Requirements:
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
- Prefer 1-3 years of similar experience or training in a related position.
- This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communications skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
