- Responsible for coordinating wellness and chronic illness activities for the entire patient population, measuring success through performance outcomes like patient satisfaction and clinic quality metrics.
- Acts as a clinical leader, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Requires RN licensure, BLS certification, and a diploma from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Must have effective communication, teaching skills, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.
- Supervises medical assistants, ensures staff training, and supports uninterrupted clinical care.
- Works in a dynamic environment with exposure to bodily fluids, infectious agents, and requires physical stamina for long periods of standing, lifting, and moving patients.
