- Work alongside correctional and medical staff to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Perform evaluations, document progress, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual/group therapy to promote positive behavioral change.
- Collaborate on safety, compliance, and training, ensuring adherence to ACA and NCCHC standards.
- Require a Master’s degree, active WA licensure, 3 years’ experience, CPR certification, and ability to pass background/drug screens.
- Must be physically capable of performing tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and CPR.
