RN

The RN manages, plans, coordinates, and delivers both direct and indirect nursing care aligned with physician orders and resident care plans.

• Administers and documents medication, treatments, and procedures ensuring compliance with physician directives.
• Performs routine rounds to ensure residents' safety, comfort, and receipt of planned care.
• Supervises, assigns, and assists direct care staff with nursing activities.
  
  

Qualifications include current RN registration, strong communication skills, sound decision-making abilities, and leadership qualities.
