We are currently hiring a full-time Production Clean/Pack Tech to join our growing team and support our operation and customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensures products are meeting quality standards.

· Reports defective materials or questionable items to Supervision.

· Cleans exhaust components utilizing wire wheels, small hand tools and cleaning supplies.

· Assembles corrugated boxes for product fitment.

· Reviews components and hardware found on schematic drawing and lays out for product inspection sign off.

· Packages exhaust and components ensuring completeness and quality adherence.

· Utilizes protective packaging such as bubble wrap, foam, etc. to protect items in transit.

· Seals boxes utilizing staple gun or tape dispenser.

· Applies product and lot identification labels.

· Completes traveler paperwork outlining packaged products and quantities.

· Complies and supports company quality policies and procedures

· Uses safe work practices.

· Miscellaneous duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School/GED Diploma.

· Keen near vision eyesight to observe items at close proximity to ensure quality standards are met.

· Must have the ability to use power tools, and various equipment to perform duties.

· Ability to lift and manipulate various exhaust components and systems, up to 30 lbs. unassisted.

· Possess basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

· Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift and move quickly utilizing your hands and upper body strength

· Good verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with superiors and co-workers.

· Ability to engage in frequent bending stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and boxes.

Ability to comply with all safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
