Overview
Newly established Construction Management/Real Estate Services Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess excellent administrative skills. The Property Manager will ensure that all properties are well-managed, assist in Real Estate development and Construction Management.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and legal records of contracts, leases, and tenant files.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and contract management.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly desired but not required.
- Real Estate License desired but not required.
