What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Boss Meal Prep?
This position is different than any other driving position you've ever had. Why? Because we are a MEAL PREP KITCHEN!
This position is for MONDAYS only, with required shift between 11am - 7pm (may vary slightly based on orders for the week.
We set our drivers up with a fully integrated, easy to use routing app that works aon all smartphones. After loading up each route at the kitchen, simply start your route, and follow the app to each address to make every delivery. Each route has anywhere from 8-15 stops usually -- no driving back and forth to locations like GrubHub or DoorDash!
Our driving range includes everything between Cicero and Nedrow, and from Manlius to Marcellus.
We pay $17/hour plus .50/mile gas reimbursement -- which typically works out to $20-$25/hour.
Must have a reliable vehicle for deliveries -- we will provide BOSS MEAL PREP signage for vehicle. We do not provide vehicles at this time.
Must Be:
- Reliable & Presentable, with reliable and presentable vehicle
- Detail-Oriented
- Smartphone & App fluent / ability to learn new smartphone tasks easily
- Able to sit/drive and exit/enter the vehicle to complete deliveries for the entire duration of the shift
- Able to communicate with the rest of the team, and problem solve as needed
