Sales Associate

• Job Summary:**Since 1976 this family-owned business has been serving the MonDak area by providing quality competitively priced office and computer products, professional service, and timely delivery of our products to all of the customers in our service area.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, data entry, product research, scheduling and other general in-store duties including but not limited to cashiering, managing inventory, customer sales and phone support.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience/Education)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate's preferred
• At least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role
• Upbeat, outgoing personality
• Strong attention to detail

Essential Duties And Responsibilities And Expectations

• Interacts with the public in person or over the phone to handle transactions, research and answer technical/specific questions, provide information, or resolve problems
• Enter customer data, review for accuracy, and represent the company to customers in a professional and cheerful manner
• Managing calendars and scheduling as needed
• Coordinates the timely collection of required data and information, preparing and generating reports as needed.
• Address employee and customer concerns via email, phone, or in-person
• Work with accounting department to process invoices, make payments, and track receipts
• Organizes and coordinates assigned projects' logistics and resources efficiently.
• Monitors and communicates administrative policies, procedures, and standards for the department to maintain internal and public confidence.
• Accepts payments, issues receipts, and maintains records of transactions
• Hours/Days:** Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (with an hour lunch).
• Pay/Benefits:** Starting pay is $15 per hour. Benefits after six months, insurance after 60 days.
