Responsibilities:
- Provide an executive level of administrative support which will include but is not limited to phone and email management, correspondence, calendar organization, task management.
- Prepare correspondence, detailed itineraries, and coordinating client events.
- Handle all database management and help manage a busy calendar.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives, such as updating clients, vendors and sending and coordinating email blasts and managing all platforms
- Serve as the key contact person for clients by providing a concierge-level of service
- Attending meetings as needed, taking detailed notes to support the Executives
- Ad hoc office management responsibilities as needed; back up support to front office, assist in planning and attending company events/seminars
Ideal requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Financial Services background is strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience; administrative support, hospitality, event management.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capable of developing proficiency in other software CRM programs/ social media platforms experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
