Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Inc. is now accepting applications for a full-time Dental Receptionist at our Yellville location.
The Dental Receptionist is an integral part of the dental office team, responsible for essential tasks such as appointment scheduling, managing records, inputting data, and confirming insurance eligibility. Collaborating closely with the Dentist, Hygienist, and Dental Assistants, the receptionist ensures efficient scheduling to maintain a fully booked calendar. Furthermore, the receptionist will often be the point of contact for insurance companies, providing them with the required documentation to authenticate the Dentist's procedures and diagnoses. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal and customer service abilities are essential for this role.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Dental office experience is preferred
Some travel is required
