SPORTS MARKETING POSITION
Boston Sports Academy seeks a person with high integrity and strong sales mentality to promote and market our highly regarded basketball and baseball camps around greater Boston.
Candidate will research upcoming youth sports schedules including Metro West, Middle School, High Schools and town league tournaments as well as AAU etc and schedule to be there in person. Candidate will interact with parents and coaches to promote our high end camps via attending events, social media, phone marketing and email marketing. Keeping organized records including gathering emails and contact info very important.
Person should present a professional demeanor in representing the company with class. Visibility at youth and selected town league, middle and high school games, tournaments and the like important part of the job. Handing out literature, doing a marketing table with appropriate follow up to owner all could be in play. Researching and organizing coach contacts at area towns and kept current.
Understanding of sports, camps and business is helpful. Personable, outgoing and high achieving person would excel in this role.
Transportation to events required. Potential for additional opportunities with solid performance.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
