Boswell PLLC seeks an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our collegial, passionate team. The ideal candidate will be a “people” person who is a problem solver with impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication and phone skills. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in an office environment, performing clerical tasks, and supporting coworkers.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the firm’s first impression, presenting a professional appearance and demeanor.
Manage front desk, welcome guests, validate parking, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Answer and forward phone calls and communicate accurately between team members and clients.
Contact and schedule potential new client initial meetings.
Manage calendars for managing member and conference rooms.
Prepare engagement agreements and follow up with clients regarding receipt of executed copies.
Process credit card and ACH payments.
Provide administrative support to coworkers.
Maintain an organized and clean office environment, including the cleanup of conference rooms between appointments.
Maintain office and kitchen supplies.
Required
Experience in an administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality.
Computer proficiency with an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
Ability to meet changing deadlines.
Strong work ethic.
Exceptional customer service.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
This is a full-time, on-site position with excellent benefits and a great work environment. We are located near Central Expressway and Lovers Lane in Dallas. Salary depends on experience.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
