We are a premier hospitality company with a 30,000 case DTC operation in the Temecula Wine Country. We are farming over 200-acres with 22 French and Italian varietals under the Bottaia and Ponte Winery labels.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate individual to be a part of our team at our Bottaia Winery. We are located on the Ponte Family Estate Ranch which is just east of the Ponte Winery Tasting Room. The Bottaia Tasting Room and Pool Club bring a unique experience to Temecula Wine Country, including new wines, a semi-Olympic size pool, a splash pad for the kids, and 30 cabines (traditional Italian beach changing rooms), and a poolside bar and café.
Summary
The Housekeeper will clean the facility and ensures that the property is presented with a quality that exceeds the guest’s expectations.
Compensation: $19.00 hourly

Wednesday - Sunday and Holidays; 9:30am-6:00pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understands and adheres to the BOTTAIA values and service standards.
- Ensure the safety of guests and associates.
- Greet guests with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Ensure all areas of the facility are clean including tasting room, restrooms, restaurant, special events, tank yard, and grounds.
- Clean offices, vacuum carpets, and remove stains from carpets.
- Polish metalwork.
- Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Disinfect and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Ensure that trash is removed from the facility and grounds, empty wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Assist with landscaping maintenance (watering, maintaining flower pots).
- Assists with folding clean linens.
- Fold table cloths and napkins in the Laundry Room.
- Apply stain remover to 200 to 300 napkins a day.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger,
- Maintain cleanliness and inventory of storage areas reporting any deficiencies to Housekeeping Manager.
- Understand and adhere to the environmental standards set by the winery.
- Wipe down all lounges.
- Clean cabine floor and tile walls.
- Clean bathrooms: Men’s/Women’s at Pool Bar and also the same at the other end of the pool.
- Perform any additional duties as requested by Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.

- Courteous and has the ability to smile spontaneously.
- The associate must frequently lift, move, push or pull up to 15 lbs. or less.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
