Founded in Los Angeles in 2007, Bottega Louie develops premier landmark Restaurants, Patisseries & Cafés.  Our objective is to deeply connect with the communities we serve by creating premium Fine Dining, Patisserie, Bakery and Café experiences thoughtfully designed and accessible to everyone.

DOOR PERSON RESPONSIBILITIES 

Include but are not limited to

• Responsible for greeting guests and providing direction as needed 

• Monitors all entry and exit doors, to ensure only guests enter

• Reinforce company standards at all times; including uniform, grooming, and timeliness of employees and management  

• Participate and assist management team with Pre-shift 

• Cultivating relationships with new and returning guests  

• Assist in investigating and resolving guest complaints  

• Ensure all merchandising and displays are in adherence to specifications at all times. 

COMPENSATION 

• Beginning at $23 - $25/hr
• Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act

Qualifications

DOOR PERSON QUALIFICATIONS 

• A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team  

• A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all guests 

• Prior restaurant, hotel or concierge experience 

• Maintain a professional appearance and the ability to adhere to Bottega Louie standards 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment  

• Available to adapt schedule with business operations that can include early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays and on-call at times.  

• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., be able to sit at a computer or at a desk or on your feet for an extended period of time, and are able to easily sit, stand, stoop, reach, and walk. 

Salary : $21 - $23
