What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA/Unit Clerk-MST position at Boulder City Hospital?
GENERAL PURPOSE: To provide quality patient care services as directed by the supervisor in a courteous manner.
Performs clinical procedures, cardiac telemetry monitoring and nursing unit clerical functions to provide a pleasant, organized, comfortable, positive atmosphere for the patients, staff and physicians. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist nursing in giving direct patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, and assisting in examinations and treatments as able.
Ability to sit for prolonged period times, lift, walk, carry and stand.
Able to enter data into the electronic medical records (EMR), order entry, medication entry into OMAR and monitor telemetry activity.
