Description
Boulder Imaging is seeking a System Monitoring Technician to enhance customer care, system performance and system availability. The System Monitoring Technician will coordinate with and support Field Application Engineers in monitoring the global network of systems. The position also involves the deployment and support of the tools the company uses to monitor network, systems and applications. The primary goal of this position is to enhance the timeliness of network analyses, events, and alerts using our innovative Dashboard and other monitoring tools.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine system monitoring and basic troubleshooting tasks.
• Work closely with Field Application Engineers to identify and solve technical problems.
• Make changes and other corrective actions to the system according to the company’s needs and processes using tool sets, training, and documentation.
• Participate in the Professional Services Team in delivering new projects from installation to commissioning.
• Remotely support teams operating in the field.
• Document system status, updates, and outages in a timely manner.
• Assist in data processing and report generation.

Education and Work Experience
• Associates Degree or equivalent or four years of experience in related field.
• 2 years system monitoring or field application engineering (support) experience.
Salary
$60,000 - $65,000/year
