Job Statement
The position of Assembler is to successfully fulfill the tasks of the receipts, movements, and shipments of BouMatic’s materials. Other key elements to this position are maintaining proper inventory levels, completing transactions correctly for quantity and quality of product, verifying stock quantities and identifying discrepancy causes and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Other key elements to this position are maintaining proper inventory levels, completing transactions correctly for quantity and quality of product, verifying stock quantities and identifying discrepancy causes and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, Prep, Crimp wires
- Working with hand and power tools
- Potting Materials
- Build products following a SOP
- Convert from Standard to Matrix measurements
- Test products
- Solder a variety of material sizes
- Packing products
- Working in a team environment
The candidates must meet the following qualifications, and have demonstrated the following technical skills or job skills:
- Basic mathematic skills are required.
- Ability to clearly understand written and oral work instructions
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Adhering to all company and equipment safety guidelines and regulations.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, and standing for long periods of time. There are also significant periods of lifting, kneeling, and bending required. Environmental requirements include working indoors and outdoors year-round.
- Reports to Assembly Supervisor and/or SMT Supervisor.
- Works closely with Shipping/Receiving and Quality Control.
