Bowman Termite & Pest Management, LLC is looking to add new members to our service team. We have an immediate opening for a motivated self-starter who is looking for a career with one of the leading pest management companies in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in providing above average customer service.

Position Description: The purpose of this position is to provide outstanding tent fumigation service to residential and/or commercial customers by having excellent communication skills and being able to work with a team. Needs to be able to provide excellent customer service. Must be capable of bending, stooping, kneeling and lots of walking. Must be able to lift and carry weights up to one hundred and twenty-five (125) pounds. Work in a drug free environment. Drivers License is required. Our goal is to build long term mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and employees, and provide a superior service experience on each and every appointment.

Your Daily Responsibilities include:

• Be courteous and exceed customers expectations on every service
• Inspect and diagnose problems then render the appropriate service according to company protocols
• Communicate effectively with customers and company by following companies communication protocols. This will require being proficient with a handheld mobile device, which will be your primary means of communicating service data.
• Be willing and able to perform services outside of regular working hours to accommodate customer needs periodically.
• Work cooperatively with all team members to deliver the best customer experience possible.
• Provide above average service and follow up to your customers.
• Have a great attitude.
• Work 40 hours a week.

Experience and knowledge:
Must have above average communication skills, both written and oral. Perseverance, willingness to work hard and the ability to listen well to the customer are necessary qualities. Must have the ability to identify the customers needs. A passion for providing excellent service is necessary to succeed in this position. Successful applicant will be a self-starter. A high school education or the equivalent experience, is required. Experience working alone with indirect supervision is a must. Must be readily able to take and carry out instructions. Must be capable of bending, stooping, kneeling and lots of walking. Must be able to lift and carry weights up to one hundred (120) pounds. Must be able to drive an automatic vehicle. Must have valid driver license and produce a motor vehicle record showing three (3) or less chargeable violations over the past three (3) years.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, willing and able to work > 40 hours per week, occasionally at night or weekends. Successful applicants will be clean cut, be able to speak, read and write in English fluently and will create a professional first impression. Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.

Work attire: Business uniform will be issued

Benefits: Vacation, Holidays, Medical, Dental, 401k, Vehicle is provided for work purposes after training period.

Compensation: Guaranteed starting salary of $20.00 per hour for applicants with little or no experience. Once you pass your D.O.A. Certification (we will provide you with paid training to prepare you for the exam), you will earn a $1.00 per hour increase. Applicants with a proven track record in providing pest management services and/or with current D.O.A Certification may qualify for higher starting pay.
