We’re hiring a IT Support Specialist (Level 2 – Managed Services) to support small and mid-sized business clients in the NYC area. This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys solving a wide variety of technical challenges.
You'll split your time between remote work, onsite support from a Midtown office, and occasional field visits to client sites across the five boroughs. If you’re looking to grow your skills, work closely with senior engineers, and make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and remote support for end users, workstations, networks, and cloud services
- Set up and configure desktops, servers, and networking hardware
- Support user onboarding/offboarding and manage Microsoft 365 environments
- Handle escalated tickets and collaborate with senior engineers for resolution
- Manage client assets, inventory, and documentation
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
- Communicate clearly with end users and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working at a Managed Services Provider (required)
- Proficiency in Windows 10, 11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS/DHCP troubleshooting
- Experience with desktop support, hardware staging, and remote tools
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Local travel to client sites within NYC required (all reimbursed)
