- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of design engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in product design and development within a manufacturing environment.
