Responsibilities
The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.
- Resort Enterprise Systems support such as user management and troubleshooting
- Assisting team members through the process of fixing technical issues
- Document solutions for both end-user education and technical reference purposes
- Ability to gather system requirements and understand business processes
- Perform seasonal rotation of POS hardware and related equipment configurations
- Peripheral support, such as iPads, receipt printers, hand scanners, and credit card devices
- Assist with maintaining resort hardware inventory lists
- Collaborate with resort partners, and software support teams to ensure the stability of products
- Works with Boyne Resorts Corporate IT teams, acting as a liaison to help troubleshoot and solve technical issues for all resort departments such as Food & Beverage, Ski Operations, Golf, Lodging, Adventure, and owner Services
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
Qualifications
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications are required.
- Ability to use logic, vendor support, reference manuals, Internet resources, and documentation to solve problems.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for company insurance purposes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
