SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
· Knowledge of youth development.
· Ability to deal effectively with multi-age children.
· Ability to deal with the general public and co-workers.
· Ability to handle multiple demands from several people.
· Ability to meet deadlines within severe time constraints.
· Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for the safety and well-being of others.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong customer/client relations skills.
· Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
· Demonstrated organizational, staff and project management abilities.
· Knowledge of the mission, objectives, policies, programs and procedures of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast; and the principles and practices of a non-profit organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 29 per week
