TACTICAL WORK

• 
  Completely plows parking lots and roadways from edge to edge with no residual snow left over

• 
  Use additional equipment, such as shovels and snow blowers, to ensure the route is complete to company standards

• 
  Ensures that snow is stored in designated areas

• 
  Ensures that route is followed in order

• 
  Accurately records hours worked in Aspire

• 
  Safely operates equipment without damaging customer, public or BSS property

• 
  Promptly reports malfunctioning equipment to Snow Division Leader

• 
  Exhibits willingness to work on any company crew using assigned equipment (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years loader experience
• 
  Age 19 or older
• 
  Flexible schedule
• 
  Legal, valid, unrestricted, driver's license
• 
  Reliable transportation to work to help maintain a pristine attendance record

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS

• 
  Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, running and walking, sitting, pushing, pulling
• 
  Lifting and raising objects up to 50 pounds from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position, to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles
• 
  Fingering, grasping, feeling, repetitive motion
• 
  Talking and hearing
• 
  Subject to changing environmental conditions

  Subject to business office environment
