ABOUT THE OPERATIONS TEAM
Orchestra's Operations team is comprised of over 30 experts who specialize in finance, talent, human resources, IT, legal and general operations. The Operations team supports the rapid growth of the firm by proactively identifying operational efficiencies and building the systems and infrastructure to scale sustainably.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Orchestra is seeking a Director of Operations whowill support internal projects, and proactively make process improvements across the firm. This person will work closely with a wide range of staff from senior team leaders to administrative staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who stays cool under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment ripe with complex problem-solving opportunities.
Role location : This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. The Operations team is in-office at least three days per week.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
As a Directoron the Operationsteam, you will...
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, leverage technology and optimize processes across the company
- Support operational integration of acquired companies, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with the firm's existing systems and processes
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR and other teams to successfully drive projects against deadlines
- Support change management, ensuring successful implementation of company-wide initiatives
- Respond to urgent requests from leadership and help build systems to mitigate urgent issues in the future
- Identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate redundancies, especially those with financial impact
- Manage relationships with key vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA
Compensation philosophy : We offer competitive industry rates with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
Salary (commensurate with experience and skills) : $115,000
Directors are eligible for end of year bonuses based on firm, team and individual performance.
