Preventative Maintenance Technician

Bradford Forest LLC, a leading hardwood lumber and dimension parts manufacturing company situated in the rolling hills of Northwestern Pennsylvania, is looking for a 2nd Shift Preventative Maintenance Technician for our Bradford, Pennsylvania location.

Qualification & Requirements of Maintenance Technician:

• Excellent mechanical and analytic ability, with a basic understanding of compressed air systems, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and lubrication.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong skills with basic technologies such as email and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable individual with an excellent attendance record.

Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:

• Preventative maintenance to all mill equipment and systems.
• Lubricate and perform basic and routine repairs.
• Help senior maintenance technicians.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned.
• Demonstrates and maintains a positive, team-oriented work ethic.
• Candidate must have good mechanical ability with a basic understanding of compressed air systems, hydraulic systems, lubrication. Must have the ability to work safely and keep records.

Maintenance Technician Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly wage commensurate with experience
• Full-time position with overtime hours. Second Shift work schedule, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required with notice.
