- Manage client relationships and provide customer service
- Ability to handle New and renewal submission
- Prior experience quoting, binding and issuing policies
- Day to day account service including changes, billing questions, claims
- Overall account management
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License
- 3 years Personal lines account management
- Proven customer service skills
- Epic software experience preferred
